Your mission as a Back Office Customer Advisor
As a Back Office Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:
- Handling customer requests accurately : Process customer requests and inquiries through written channels such as emails, online forms or chats, while ensuring accurate and structured follow-up.
- Solving problems effectively : Analyzing requests, identifying appropriate solutions and handling complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring quality and compliance : Respecting internal procedures and quality standards in every interaction to maintain impeccable service.
- Contributing to customer loyalty : Offering personalized solutions that strengthen trust and customer relationships.
