Customer Advisor
Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in:
- Responding to customer needs: Providing quality service by answering questions via phone, email or chat.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Loyalty: Providing personalized solutions to build customer trust and loyalty.
- Contributing to continuous improvement: Sharing customer feedback to optimize our services and processes.
