Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer and channel marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales growth across multiple distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and logistics teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize channel performance.
  • Plan and implement trade marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns tailored to different customer segments and channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and maximizing joint business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials, POS displays, and digital content to support channel activation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, channel growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Support the execution of nationwide marketing initiatives, including product launches, events, and training sessions for channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines in all marketing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or channel management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
