We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will be able to accept ownership for effectively answering our customers inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
