Requirements:
Education: BaC+2 or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service
Typing Skills: Good English and Arabic typing skills
Language Skills: Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Technical Skills: Good computer skills, including use of the internet and Microsoft Office
