Roles & Responsibilities

What you ll be doing:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients' complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Working Conditions
  • 6 months Project Based Contract
  • Social Insurance, Family Medical Insurance & Life Insurance.
  • Career Path (Insource Vacancy): Ability to apply for internal vacancies within 6 to 9 months.

  • Experience in a Client Support or similar role
