Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Customer Care Operations Officer to join a retail shop ensure smooth resolution of customer complaints, efficient sales.


Key Responsibilities:


- showroom sales and display

- Coordinate with directors, and customers regarding items, sales and shop , invoices,and shop operation

- Process sales and ensure all sales comply with approved pricing policies.

- Verify prices, discounts, special prices, and sales with the directors.

- Handle customer complaints promptly, coordinating with director for any issue.

-work and update store pages on social media

- monitor and prepare store items display as requested and by sesonality

- prepare routine inventory

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements:


- Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, -Outlook, POS system ...).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Knowledge of sales and customer support

- Familiarity with inventory and warehouse operations (experience in Toys is a plus).
