Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Patient Assistance: Provide personalized assistance to patients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Sales Promotion: Proactively identify opportunities to promote our clinic's services to both existing and potential patients. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to highlight the benefits of our medical specialties, wellness programs, and health services to encourage patient engagement and loyalty.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with patients by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and respect for their healthcare needs. Tailor sales pitches and service recommendations based on individual patient profiles to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
- Appointment Management: Manage the appointment scheduling process efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources and minimizing patient wait times. Coordinate with healthcare providers and support staff to accommodate patient preferences and scheduling preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clinic's medical specialties, treatment options, and wellness programs. Stay informed about new services, promotional offers, and healthcare trends to effectively communicate value propositions to patients and drive sales.
- Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from patients regarding their experience with our clinic's services, staff, and facilities. Actively listen to patient concerns, suggestions, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments scheduled, and sales generated. Prepare regular reports to track sales performance, patient satisfaction metrics, and other key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on patient needs and clinic operations.
