Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Customer Care Operations Officer to join our team and ensure smooth resolution of customer complaints, efficient sales order processing, and accurate pricing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue quotations based on the latest price lists or offers authorized by management.
- Prepare and send approved quotations to customers via email.
- Coordinate with directors, sales managers, assistants, and customers regarding quotations, invoices, and operational history.
- Process sales orders and issue post-operation proformas according to assigned sales repartition.
- Ensure all sales orders and proformas comply with approved pricing policies.
- Verify GPL prices, special offers, and sales order details before confirmation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and sales teams on special pricing approvals.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, -Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales order processing and invoicing procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory and warehouse operations (experience in the orthopedic industry is a plus).
