Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared, non-sensitive reports.
Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team
Business fluency in English and Arabic
Highly organized
Experience with and proficiency using SAP and the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to handle tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Desired Candidate Profile
A completed a degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and leading skills
Minimum education level: University (Bachelor s Degree)
