Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account-related issues
Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow internal processes
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
Ensure compliance with SHEIN policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
Escalate complex cases when needed according to the escalation matrix
Desired Candidate Profile
Good command of English & Arabic (written communication is essential)
Previous customer service experience is a must min 6 month (chat support is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
