Customer Service Representative

As a CARE representative, you will handle customer service inquiries regarding our products, services, and site navigation, always demonstrating professionalism and effectiveness.
Your tasks:
You will answer customer inquiries in a friendly and appropriate manner via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
You will correctly diagnose customer inquiries and find an appropriate and effective solution based on predefined action processes.
You will use the appropriate systems, software, and other resources necessary to answer inquiries.
You support and politely communicate knowledgeable information to all internal and external customers.
You participate in cross-departmental communications and meetings to support the team, department, or your headquarters.
You are willing to take on additional responsibilities.

Your profile:

Fluent and business-fluent in German (good written/spoken German skills at C1 level)
At least one (1) year of experience in customer service
Ideally, you have experience in multi-channel customer service.
You have the ability to provide excellent customer service while multitasking.
Experience with graphic design or photo design software is a plus.
