Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the Order-to-Cash Cycle: Oversee the entire process from order entry to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet our business needs.
  • Be a Key Collaborator: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, such as Sales and Finance, and our external suppliers to foster strong, productive relationships and ensure smooth operations.
  • Solve Problems Proactively: Identify, investigate, and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing, implementing effective solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Analyze current customer care workflows and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
