Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and register all customer complaints and claims (including loss, damage, delay, incorrect charges, etc.).
- Investigate each case by collecting evidence such as shipment tracking records, proof of delivery/signature/photos/videos, and feedback from warehouse or delivery personnel.
- Determine responsibility based on the company s compensation policy and provide recommendations for compensation, reshipment, or refund.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments to execute the compensation or rejection process.
- Provide customers with transparent updates on the investigation progress and final resolution.
- Establish and maintain a complaint and claim database, conduct monthly/quarterly case analysis, and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence of similar issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer complaint handling, claims management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, or express delivery operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.
