Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Receive and document customer complaints and concerns related to service, repairs, or products.
  • Provide accurate information or direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Maintain a complaint log, tracking all reported issues and their resolution status.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complaints have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service advisors, workshop personnel, and management to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Answer phone calls and manage emails related to customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing service bookings.
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

UAE experience is a must

2 to 3 years experience in the same field.
