Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers across Gulf countries to drive product adoption and brand advocacy
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactical plans tailored to GCC markets
  • Plan and manage promotional presence at conferences, symposiums, and medical meetings to maximize brand visibility and engagement
  • Create localized marketing materials and promotional content that resonate with Gulf healthcare audiences
  • Manage marketing budgets, track campaign ROI, and continuously optimize performance based on data and insights
  • Support and coach sales teams with marketing tools, customer engagement strategies, and field execution best practices
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform strategy, segmentation, and omnichannel engagement plans

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 5 7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience in a customer-facing commercial, marketing, or medical role; proven track record in Gulf/Middle East healthcare markets is essential

  • Soft and technical skills: Strong relationship-building and communication skills; strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability; event management and campaign execution expertise; digital marketing and omnichannel engagement proficiency; cross-cultural competency for Gulf markets; experience with CRM systems (Veeva preferred) and marketing automation platforms
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred
