Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are inviting UAE Nationals to apply for the position of Customer Engineering Services (CES) Engineer with a leading gas manufacturing and engineering services company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career Emirati engineers to gain hands-on experience in cryogenic equipment, maintenance, fabrication, and project execution. Comprehensive training and development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided)

  1. Support maintenance activities for gas equipment, structural skids, and piping systems.
  2. Assist in routine servicing of cryogenic storage tanks and mini-tanks.
  3. Participate in basic fabrication tasks (structural components, skids, and piping).
  4. Help with pressure testing and visual inspections of tanks and equipment.
  5. Conduct site surveys with supervision and assist in preparing basic estimates.
  6. Support material planning, project execution, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, workshop, sales) to facilitate smooth job completion.
  8. Respond to customer service needs under guidance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain basic workshop records and documentation.
  10. Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National (with Family Book)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or any Engineering field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome—full training will be provided
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems or fabrication is an advantage (not mandatory)
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site and support field operations when required
