We are seeking a Customer Excellence to focus on delivering an outstanding experience for all our clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction from the first point of interaction with the organization through their participation in our services and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction after subscription or participation in training programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Training, Operations, HR) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and improve customer communication channels (WhatsApp, email, visits, surveys).
  • Monitor customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements for services and operations.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction and key experience performance indicators.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to boost customer loyalty and enhance their overall experience with the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, client experience, or field operations management.
  • Polite, quick-witted, and able to actively listen to customers.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle pressure and conflicts with flexibility and wisdom.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in computer and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
