Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate customer journey mapping to pinpoint and eliminate friction points across all touchpoints, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Proactively analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends, predict customer needs, and drive data-backed improvements.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets by providing strategic guidance and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion rates, aligning sales and marketing efforts.
  • Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline sales processes and customer interactions.
