Roles & Responsibilities

Process Mapping and Improvement: Map existing customer workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Best Practices Implementation: Research and integrate industry best practices into processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Process Optimization: Continuously refining processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Business development, operations, IT, customer service) to ensure seamless process integration.

Process Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent process execution.

Compliance Management: Ensure all processes comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Change Management: Support the implementation of new processes and manage stakeholder communication and adoption.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management).
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio)
