Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with company goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and service, to create a seamless customer journey.
Design and implement customer engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback programs.
Create and maintain customer experience metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and report findings to management.
Lead training programs for staff to ensure a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
Address escalated customer issues and complaints, working to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in customer experience management or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer feedback tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Ability to think strategically and implement effective customer experience initiatives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer experience management software.
