Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record and process inquiries received by e-mail, telephone and/or through direct contact with walk-in customers.
Handle the Bancassurance's follow-up operations as assigned.
Research and obtain resolution for a variety of customer complaints and issues and update database, respecting quality management standards.
Ensure inbound Sales/Other inquiries' calls are objectively and accurately routed to concerned parties within the company.
Coordinate towing services to secure its promptness, consistency and efficiency.
Ensure appropriate dispatching of assigned policies to related parties.
Update clients' information on IMS as per set guidelines
Develop and maintain extensive understanding of insurance products, services, and processes in order to deal with a variety of questions.
Generate reports and statistics.
Address complaints and raised quality issues.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree from a recognized university.
Proficiency in English and in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
