Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the showroom and assist them in understanding the products and choosing what best suits their needs.
- Handle phone calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up on orders received through the website and ensure they are accurately entered into the system.
- Issue invoices for customer orders.
- Coordinate and follow up with the operations team to track order status and update customers accordingly.
- Understand customer needs, provide clear information, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Build long-term customer relationships by collecting additional customer data (email address, alternative phone number).
- Commit to attending continuous training sessions to improve service quality and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales, showroom sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, invoicing systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
