Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in the showroom and assist them in understanding the products and choosing what best suits their needs.
  • Handle phone calls and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Follow up on orders received through the website and ensure they are accurately entered into the system.
  • Issue invoices for customer orders.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the operations team to track order status and update customers accordingly.
  • Understand customer needs, provide clear information, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by collecting additional customer data (email address, alternative phone number).
  • Commit to attending continuous training sessions to improve service quality and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in sales, showroom sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, invoicing systems).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
