Roles & Responsibilities

The Customer Experience (CX) Specialist will play a key role in managing customer interactions, capturing & analyzing feedback, optimizing CRM systems, and supporting CX projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, Microsoft dynamics CRM expertise, and a proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction across El Gouna s operations. Key Responsibilities1.Customer Insights & Data Analysis Analyze NPS, CSAT, CES scores and identify trends for service improvements. Generate real-time CX reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Assist in customer segmentation and personalization strategies within the CRM. Collect, log and maintain customer feedback across various modes of interactions (Calls, interviews, etc.)2.CRM & Digital Experience Management Maintain and optimize CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to enhance customer engagement tracking. Ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation to drive targeted customer communication. Support automation of customer feedback loops and proactive service touchpoints.3.CX Project Execution & Process Improvement Assist in rollout of key CX initiatives & cross-functional projects to enhance customer journey Collaborate with town, real estate, digital and customer service teams to resolve service gaps. Support customer journey mapping initiatives to identify friction points and enhance processes. Prepare collective CX reports4.CRM adoption & efficiency: Ensuring high-quality data management.5.CX Insights & Impact: Providing actionable recommendations based on customer6.Project Execution: Timely delivery of CX improvement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a relative field 2 to 4 years of experience in customer experience, CRM, or business analytics Proficiency in CRM platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Strong data analysis & reporting skills: Power BI preferred Project management experience with a focus on cross-functional collaboration Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach Computer: AutoCAD 3D MAX Revit - Microsoft Office Language: Fluency in Arabic & English
