Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare professionals, delivering product information and brand messaging through multiple physical and virtual channels
- Create dynamic customer profiles and segmentation strategies, identifying digital habits and preferences to prioritize impactful customer interactions
- Develop and implement territory coverage plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company strategy
- Orchestrate hybrid engagement campaigns using digital tools to improve customer engagement and experience
- Maintain strong product and competitive knowledge to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals and gather valuable market insights
- Conduct regular pharmacy visits to monitor product availability and support new product introductions
- Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi's ethical standards and local regulations
About you
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a Medical field (Medicine, Pharmacy)
- Experience: Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare customer engagement
- Technical skills: Proficiency with digital engagement tools, CRM systems, and data analysis
- Soft skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, customer-centric mindset, and strong ethical judgment
