About the job
As Customer Experience Specialist, within our General Medicines team, you'll drive sales and market share of assigned Sanofi products while orchestrating customer-centric approaches in your designated territory. Ready to get started?
Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide. In General Medicines, you'll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology - with the scale and urgency patients deserve.
Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for product information and brand messaging through multiple channels with healthcare professionals
- Conduct dynamic customer profiling and segmentation to prioritize interactions and develop impactful engagement plans
- Promote Sanofi products according to company rules and local regulations to achieve sales targets
- Execute hybrid representative and omnichannel campaigns with full empowerment to improve customer engagement
- Conduct regular pharmacy visits to monitor product availability, movement, and introduce new products
- Develop and implement territory coverage plans while maintaining compliance with internal sales systems
- Communicate with key opinion leaders, gather market feedback, and support knowledge transfer to new team members

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in a medical field (Medicine, Pharmacy)
Experience: Proven sales and customer engagement experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Skills: Strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and territory planning abilities
Technical competencies: Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for customer engagement
Personal attributes: Results-driven with strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance
Other: Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
