Core Duties

* Lead fulfilment operations to ensure agreed goals on product availability, customer order management, and stock quality at the lowest cost
* Translate commercial priorities into fulfilment actions and ensure readiness for campaigns and peak demand
* Manage flow and capacity planning, aligning short-, mid-, and long-term requirements with business expansion
* Oversee forecasting, ordering, range administration, and reverse logistics to support seamless customer experiences
* Collaborate with regional and global supply teams, transport services, and internal stakeholders to optimize fulfilment and logistics operations
* Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and cost efficiency while maintaining quality and service levels
* Lead, coach, and develop fulfilment teams to create an inclusive, high-performance culture with strong succession planning

Candidate Profile

* 4 6 years of management experience in logistics, retail, distribution, or supply chain
* Proven leadership background in large organizations with strong business and people results
* Experience in supply chain, retail, or customer service with knowledge of fulfilment operations
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence in a matrix organization
* Knowledge of labor laws, third-party provider management, and union relations
* Ability to design and execute mid- to long-term strategies and lead projects at market level
* Strong conflict management, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
