The missions:
1. Product Marketing & Growth Strategy
- To manage the product marketing strategy.
- Identify the growth drivers.
- Adapt global strategies to the local context.
- Support product launches and lifecycle management.
2. Exp rience & Engagement Client
- Build personas based on data.
- Designing customer journeys.
- To develop a Customer First culture.
- Populate a repository of insights.
3. Omnichannel & Digital
- To develop an omnichannel engagement plan.
- Prioritize channels according to HCP preferences.
- Adapt global digital campaigns.
- Manage the digital content strategy.
4. Execution & Projects
- Coordinate symposiums, congresses, webinars.
- Ensure adherence to the A&P budget.
- Ensure a smooth deployment with internal teams.
5. Performance & Optimisation
- Track marketing KPIs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of channels and content.
- Propose continuous optimizations.
