Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Own, maintain and enhance on-demand learning for common workflows and apps shared across LSEG Workspace customer segments.
- Oversee Sales & Trading onboarding learning in collaboration with other CLMs, drive consistency and coordinate delivery of related webinars globally.
- Review and creating video and webinar coverage, identify coverage gaps and collaborate with Journey Orchestration team on discoverability and accessibility to target audience.
- Review attendance stats, view rates & customer feedback.
- Adjusting learning offering accordingly.
- Support key programs & initiatives (e.g. customer onboarding, customer certifications).
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years markets experience preferred. 3+ years training experience on LSEG solutions and/or customer workflow expertise. Fluency in English with clear pronunciation. Script writing or video creation/editing skills will be a plus. Undergrad preferred or related, and CFA/ACI designation welcomed. Strong presentation skills and knowledge of outcome-based learning. Enjoys coaching and elevating performance. Proactive, resourceful, attention to detail. Strong Excel and AI usage skills preferred.
