Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Zekrit, Maten

Are you organized, detail-driven, and love working with people? Join us as a Customer Operations Officer and help ensure smooth coordination between our customers, production, and delivery teams.


What you ll do:

Handle customer calls, emails, and visits

Process orders & update systems

Coordinate with production & delivery teams

Maintain accurate records & follow-ups

Help resolve issues and respond quickly


What we re looking for:

Bachelor s in Business or related field

2 3 years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service

Strong communication & coordination skills

Excel, Word is a plus!
