Roles & Responsibilities

MISSION

  • Manage the validation of the series start-ups of new equipment (provisional acceptances) and audit the process qualification actions (PQPC).
  • Conduct industrialization validations of new finished product references as well as modifications to those already existing.
  • Managing the resolution of customer complaints and returns.
  • Manage and run 8D reviews with the relevant pilots.
  • to be the guarantor of quality at the Finished Product store.

Professional knowledge

  • Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving methods: 8D, FMEA, PSQ, capability...
  • Good technical knowledge of blueprint reading.
