Job Description
Be the customer's interface and representative within the company
Manage and lead the resolution of non-conformance problems detected at the customer's
premises Manage and lead the resolution of non-conformance problems detected internally with a potential impact on the customer
Manage customer audits and customer
satisfaction surveysPropose and manage projects in order to improve PPM in the medium and long term
Carry out internal
audits Stop any production operation that poses a risk to the quality of the product
Monitor indicators
