Job Description
Manage and lead problem resolutions vs. non-quality issues exported to customers and internally
Manage customer audits and customer satisfaction surveys
Carry out internal audits
Analyze and submit exemptions for validation by the end customer
Manage improvement projects jointly with customers
Manage expertise on products returned by customers
