Desired Candidate Profile
� Location: Saudi Arabia (All Regions) � Industry: Logistics / Transportation � Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) � Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Logistics Field (KSA) Job Responsibilities: • Handle and manage customer accounts across Saudi Arabia • Coordinate with operations team for daily transportation movements • Follow up on customer requirements, quotations, and service updates • Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and generate new business leads • Handle customer complaints and provide quick solutions • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term contracts Requirements: • Must have strong experience in logistics/transportation in Saudi Arabia • Good communication skills (Arabic + English preferred) • Strong knowledge of KSA regions (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail, Yanbu, etc.) • Ability to manage customer follow-ups and reporting • Valid transferable Iqama (if expatriate) Salary & Benefits: • Negotiable (Based on experience) • Attractive incentives based on performance
