Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving queries and providing guidance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners by understanding their needs.
- Provide proactive support, including product recommendations, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, technical support) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM (Salesforce).
- Monitor partner feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Prior Work Experience:
- 1-3 years in partner/customer success, account management, or related roles
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both spoken & written English language is required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Training and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Knowledge:
- Industry trends, product knowledge, competitor landscape
