Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely updates regarding shipments and orders.

Coordinate with internal teams and shipping partners to facilitate smooth package forwarding and delivery processes.

Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy, providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Educate customers on Ship To Box services, policies, and procedures to enhance their experience.

Track and monitor shipments, proactively communicating status updates and resolving delivery challenges.

Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on customer needs.

Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and improve service efficiency.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices and company offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office setting.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Experience working with international customers is a plus.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support global customers.
