Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Service and Transport Representative/Supervisor for one of our globally recognized multinational clients with a strong focus on precision, quality, and process excellence, operating within highly structured, standards-driven environments.

As a CSR, you will support laboratory operations by coordinating service requests and managing secure inbound and outbound movements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth workflow execution in a structured, SOP-driven environment.

Salary - 7000 AED + Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities Coordinate service requests and provide timely status updates Handle intake, release, and secure movement of items Prepare and verify shipping and regulatory documentation Maintain accurate system records and follow defined SOPs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / High School or 1+ year relevant experience

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Clear communicator with a professional approach Comfortable working in process-driven, high-precision environments Basic proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
