Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Communicate with students interested in aviation studies and respond to their inquiries.

Follow up with students and help them understand the study and enrollment steps.

Clearly explain the academy s aviation training programs in a simple and practical way.

Invite students in Egypt to visit the academy and learn more about the study environment.

Maintain regular professional communication with students outside Egypt.

Coordinate with the Admissions Manager during the enrollment process.

Record and update basic student information on the system.

Maintain a professional communication style that represents the academy positively.

  • At least 7 years of experience in roles involving direct communication and relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow up and organize daily tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer fundamentals and office applications.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.

Desired Candidate Profile
