Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting customers, maintaining shelves, managing stock, and ensuring smooth daily sales operations. The role involves product display, FIFO/FEFO stock handling, and ensuring a clean, customer-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and assist retail & wholesale customers professionally
  • Manage product display and maintain shelf stock (FIFO/FEFO)
  • Refill products, update price tags & maintain cleanliness
  • Check expiry and damages, report low stock to supervisor
  • Support in billing, packing, and order preparation
  • Coordinate with team for stock checks and smooth operations

Desired Candidate Profile

1 3 years experience in FMCG / Supermarket / Retail or Wholesale Sales

  • Candidates with experience in NESTO, RELIANCE, D-MART, LULU preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication & merchandising skills
  • Physically fit and flexible for shift work
