The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and customer-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide professional sales assistance throughout their shopping journey.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture, home décor, kitchenware, and lifestyle products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Maintain strong knowledge of current promotions, product features, pricing, and inventory availability.

• Ensure showroom displays are organized, clean, and aligned with brand visual merchandising standards.

• Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.

• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Coordinate with warehouse and cashier teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

• Support stock replenishment and inventory checks when required.
