Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and conduct timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Upload, organize, and maintain accurate customer data and documents in the system.
Manage digital leads and monitor online inquiries to ensure fast responses.
Prepare basic reports and keep all client records up to date.
Achieve daily KPIs related to call handling, data accuracy, client satisfaction, and follow-up quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in any field.
0 1 year of experience in customer service, account management, telesales, or similar roles.
Strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
