Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to resolve customer issues and fulfill service requests.

Maintain and update customer records in the company database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Monitor and track the status of orders, proactively communicating updates and resolving any delays or issues.

Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

Prepare and distribute regular reports on customer service activities, feedback, and trends to management.

Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.

Support the onboarding of new clients by providing product information and guiding them through the order process.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service, administration, or related office-based role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.

Strong data entry skills and attention to maintaining accurate records.

Willingness to work full-time, office-based, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
