Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed efficiently.
- Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
- Prepare and distribute customer service reports and documentation as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing necessary information and guidance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company products and services.
