Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute customer service reports and documentation as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing necessary information and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company products and services.
