Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our real estate investment team. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handle inquiries professionally, provide information about our projects, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is key in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the company s commitment to excellence in service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or investment sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) preferred.
