Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage customer bookings, ensuring accurate data entry and timely confirmation of reservations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of car rental and limousine services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company s CRM system.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing service requests to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Prepare and process rental agreements, invoices, and related administrative documentation.
  • Support the sales and operations teams by providing customer insights and assisting with service improvements.
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new customers, providing clear information about services and policies.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment by collaborating with colleagues and upholding ECRAL s values and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take on new challenges.
