Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback using internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and expectations are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements.
- Support remote and hybrid customer service operations as required.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work arrangement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
