Join Transcom as a Customer Advisor in the A sector!
As the travel ambassador for our passengers, you perform work with real impact: transforming every stopover or booking into a memorable experience. In this role, you will:
- Assisting travelers in managing their bookings (domestic and international flights);
- Offer reactive assistance through calls, emails or chat for ticket modifications, upgrades or special services (luggage, meals, mobility assistance);
- Managing varied situations: incident resolution (delays, flight cancellations, lost luggage) and proposing rerouting solutions;
- Guide clients on travel formalities, visas and security protocols to the area;
- Contribute to the company's success by ensuring exemplary customer loyalty through premium service;
- Working rotating shifts.
Desired profile:
- Proficiency in Spanish (C1 level or native), both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to reassure passengers in any situation;
- Multitasking capability: simultaneously manage reservation systems (like Amadeus/Sabre) and internal communication tools;
- Rigor and attention to detail: an error in the date or destination is not an option in the air sector!
- Positive attitude: you have a vocation for "high-level" service and you know how to keep smiling under pressure.
