Roles & Responsibilities

As part of a young and dynamic team, your mission will be:

  • Advise and recommend to clients the packages and plans that best suit their interests;
  • Respond to customer questions and requests regarding services, products, and their functionalities; Manage invoicing
  • Process customer requests, manage disputes and invoice adjustments;
  • Manage customer accounts;
  • Provide basic technical support.

Following an initial paid training course of several weeks, you will benefit from a cycle of continuing training courses designed to promote your career within a multinational company that gives you the opportunities and the means to evolve.

Search Profile

  • Very good flexibility in working hours to work 44 hours per week on a rotating basis;
  • An excellent level of language proficiency in French, both spoken and written;
  • A first experience REQUIRED as a technical advisor;
  • Technical training (Computer Science, Networks, etc.);
  • An ability to work independently as well as in a group;
  • Availability 5 days a week;
  • A good eye for detail;
  • Good communication skills and a good business sense;
  • A very good expression;
  • Technical skills
