Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of a young and dynamic team, your mission will be:
- Advise and recommend to clients the packages and plans that best suit their interests;
- Respond to customer questions and requests regarding services, products, and their functionalities; Manage invoicing
- Process customer requests, manage disputes and invoice adjustments;
- Manage customer accounts;
- Provide basic technical support.
Following an initial paid training course of several weeks, you will benefit from a cycle of continuing training courses designed to promote your career within a multinational company that gives you the opportunities and the means to evolve.
Search Profile
- Very good flexibility in working hours to work 44 hours per week on a rotating basis;
- An excellent level of language proficiency in French, both spoken and written;
- A first experience REQUIRED as a technical advisor;
- Technical training (Computer Science, Networks, etc.);
- An ability to work independently as well as in a group;
- Availability 5 days a week;
- A good eye for detail;
- Good communication skills and a good business sense;
- A very good expression;
