Job Description
Our multinational company is recruiting Italian-speaking Inbound Account Managers for one of our clients.
Your mission will be to:
- Ensure the correct management of various customer transactions (calls, emails, chats).
- Embody, promote and enhance the image, products and services of the market.
- Know, master, and communicate the procedures, the specificities of the different product categories, the general conditions of sale, and legal obligations.
- Comply with group security and confidentiality policies and procedures
Profile wanted
- A high school diploma
- Excellent command of Italian with an intermediate level of English for management.
- A high level of interpersonal communication skills
- Good command of customer relationship management (CRM) techniques
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding of the interlocutor's speech and needs.

Time slot 8H 22H rotating from Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week
Net salary + bonus
- Call Center experience a plus
- Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
