Job description
Our multinational company is hiring customer service representatives to answer calls on behalf of one of our clients.
Their duties are as follows:
Ensure that customer calls and emails are handled correctly.
Embody, promote, and enhance the brand's image, products, and services. Demonstrate
knowledge, mastery, and communication of the procedures and specifics of the various product categories, the terms and conditions, and legal obligations.
Follow the group's policies and procedures regarding security and data protection.
Generate additional sales using appropriate sales techniques and consulting approaches.
Ability to work in a constantly changing hotel environment.
Desired profile
Excellent written and spoken German skills.
A minimum of a high school diploma (Abitur).
A business-minded approach, combined with a strong ability to make suggestions.
Experience in a call center is an advantage.
Proven interpersonal communication skills.
Customer-oriented attitude (smiling, courtesy, empathy, listening attentively without interrupting).
